Reason for God: Belief in an Age of Skepticism series

The following program is a DVD series that will be conducted at Bethesda Hall (Depot Walk)  by DWYAM. We hope to see you there!

Each session will be held every Saturday, from the 19th of July to 30th August, 2.30-4.30pm at Bethesda Hall Depot Walk.

Gospel Rally, Along With Other Updates

Hi all

This week, from the 11th-13th of July, there will be Gospel Rally held at Bethesda Hall, Depot Walk. For those who are unfamiliar, Gospel Rally is an evangelistic event held by Bethesda Hall almost annually. Performances range from skits to musicals to choir singing. This year it will be a mime entitled, 'What is Your Life?'. The program will run from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at 10 Depot Walk.

On another note, next week from the 19th of July to the 30th of August, every Saturday, DWYAM will be holding a series called 'The Reason For God - Belief in an Age of Skepticism'. This series is done by Tim Keller, a well-known Christian author. In this series, he addresses each doubt and explains each reason. Hello Again!

Hi YAs,

It's been awhile since the last update!

In the past couple of weeks, we've had One Voice and ABC. Now, it's back to the regular YAM schedule!

In the coming week, we will be having our last workshop on Digging Deeper into God's work and how we can apply some of the techniques that we have gathered in the last to sessions.

Coming up in July will be our yearly event, the Assembly Gospel Rally that will be running from 11-13 July 2014 (Friday - Sunday). Do continue to pray for the preparations that are being made and for the friends that you are intending to invite.

We're back!

Hello everyone!

I know this blog has been silent for quite awhile. The admin team was going through some testing times, literally.

Anyway, for the next 2 weeks, the Young Adult Meetings will be having a workshop.

Details are as follows:
Workshop Title: Biblical Guidelines for Dating and Courtship
Workshop Facilitators: Lawrence Tng and Tan Li Sheng (with support from their wives)
Workshop Dates and Times: 24 and 31 May (Saturday), 2:30 to 5:30 pm
Who should come: everyone who is of the YA age and isn't married yet (though we also welcome married ones to share your experiences). Bring your Christian friends who are interested or struggling with these areas. We aren't targeting non-Christians but they may also benefit from hearing about the Christian perspective on these subjects.
Workshop Topics (6 in total) as follows:
Session 1 - God's Design and Purpose / Deepening Friendships / Deciding on the Right Partner for Courtship
Session 2 - Role of the Church Body / Boundaries and Intimacy / Managing Expectations
